14th Nov Sports Day

The much awaited Sports Day was held on 14th Nov 2019 with great zeal, excitement and in a frolicsome atmosphere. The esteemed chief guest of the day Mrs. Isha Pant, DCP South East Bengaluru, our Principal Sr. Rosevera and other dignitaries were escorted by the school band. The school choir invoked God’s blessings through a soulful rendition. Sr. Marina welcomed the august gathering. Mrs. Isha Pant took salute of the impressive March Past of the students. The students entered into the spirit of the occasion in a grand way with the oath being administered by the sports captain, Miss Varshini Janardhan. Chief Guest, IPS officer  Isha Pant lauded the Management and Staff for providing holistic growth to the students.  In her message, Mrs. Isha Pant urged the parents not to push their ambition on the child but to encourage the child to strive towards achieving their own aim. Tr. Linet proposed the vote of thanks. Students from class I to VIII put up an array of displays with perfect synchronization. Once the races began, the air was filled with cheering and tons of encouragement for the young athletes.

The Best March Past Trophy was awarded to Shanthi House. Overall champion trophy to Neethi House. Individual Championship in Sub – Juniors was awarded to Suchithra S. of std 5 and Angu Aishwarya Lakshmi of Std 6, In Juniors, Individual Championship was awarded to Helen Mathew of Std 8. Varshini Janardhan of class 10 was the winner of Individual Championship in the senior category. The programme was compered by students Dipti Sharma and Astiya Bibi of Std 10.
