Teacher Orientation: Empowering teachers is the key to enhancing education

Teachers are our greatest assets in the society. They have the ability to inspire, empower and foster environment of self – confidence, passion and nurture the lives of students.

With an aim to create effective mentors, a one day orientation program was conducted by Dr. Sr. Severine Menezes. The programme included sessions on pluralistic education, miracle of possibility thinking and effective counseling. A teacher is a lifelong learner; hence the teaching fraternity has to keep abreast with the ever changing technology for effective management of techno – savvy students.
